Leanne Wilkins Celebrates 30 Years in Kidderminster

We are pleased to celebrate Leanne's 30 years of dedicated service with her career at Colart starting with Oasis Arts & Craft Products in the assembly department. In her role, Leanne collaborated with her team to manufacture various products, including paint-by-numbers kits, scraper foil kits, and a wide range of other art and craft items.

In 1999, following Colart's acquisition of Oasis Arts & Crafts, Leanne transitioned to the role of line feeder, where she was responsible for picking all the components for the assembly runs. Her hard work and dedication enabled her to swiftly acquire new skills, including packing and shipping large export orders, pot filling, and more.

Leanne’s career progression continued as she was promoted to Goods Inward Team Leader. In this role, she achieved her license to operate a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck and became an integral part of the warehouse high-bay storage and goods inward operations, working alongside her team to receive all deliveries into the Kidderminster site.

Most recently, Leanne has taken on a role supporting customer service with the complaint register, which has been operational since 2022. Her contributions have been invaluable in investigating complaints, providing the necessary evidence, and enhancing our customer service.
