Liquitex at Manufacturers Village: Open Studios

November 12, 2021 | |

Liquitex was proud to participate for the first time at the 2021 Open Studios event at Manufacturers Village on October 15-16.

Not only is Manufacturers Village home to the Liquitex Just Image Residency Program, but this 19th-century industrial complex has also been reimagined to house over 60 different artists, creators and makers who use a wide range of mediums.

Liquitex Just Imagine Residency Artists had the opportunity to share and sell their work, build invaluable relationships with other artists within Manufacturers Village, and network with other industry professionals.

Mekia Machine, Cynthia Pareja Dubin, Rebecca Major and Omar Lawson displayed and sold work created throughout their respective residencies and beyond.

“I am so thankful to the supportive art buyers/lovers and everyone that came to behold the amazing artistic display by all 60+ artists, the wonderful Liquitex team that made this art residency possible, as well as the support of the 2021 residents and amazing artists from the Manufacturers Village that helped make the weekend unforgettable,” said Cynthia Pareja Dubin.

The event garnered well over 750 masked guests, an impressive feat given COVID-19 challenges.

The brand was thrilled to develop new connections with emerging artists and established artists alike, field consumer questions, and have other meaningful conversations supporting the artist community.

The event provided endless inspiration for content and topics that can benefit artists, and the brand is excited to implement fresh ideas and collaborations in the New Year.

The Liquitex brand team is looking forward to nurturing growing relationships within Manufacturers Village. For more information about Manufacturers Village, visit their website.
