Reflecting on my decade-long journey at Colart, this metaphor resonates profoundly with my personal and professional evolution within the company. Ten years ago, I embarked on my journey at Colart as a shy and introverted artist. My initial days were rooted in introspection, where I sought comfort in the familiar, engaging quietly with the art materials that I loved. Slowly, with the support of my colleagues and the nurturing environment at Colart, I began to grow my roots—deepening my understanding of the brand and its values.

As the days turned into years, my budding knowledge and skills catalyzed my transformation from a mere consumer of our materials to a passionate educator and communicator. Each interaction and every opportunity to share my expertise contributed to my growing confidence. My journey was not just about personal growth but also about aligning with Colart's mission—learning, contributing, and embodying the values we strive to communicate to the wider world.

My role evolved significantly over time. I went from using our art supplies to instructing and training others, sharing not just techniques but also our brand story and its commitment to art and innovation. Regularly creating and disseminating brand-related content, I reached out to those eager to understand more about our products, ensuring they resonate with both budding and professional artists.

One of my most fulfilling experiences was forging partnerships between Colart and esteemed art institutions like the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) and Tsinghua University. These collaborations have been pivotal in both my personal journey and in enhancing Colart’s standing in the art world. I had the privilege to create bridges between our brand and academic communities, helping students see first-hand the impact and potential of our products.

Visiting these institutions and welcoming CAFA students to our factories for hands-on courses have been some of the highlights of my career. These initiatives not only fortified our brand’s influence but affirmed my role as an ambassador of Colart's values. Teaching students and artists alike, I strive to equip them with both knowledge and inspiration, further reinforcing the significance of our brand.

In the span of a decade, I have experienced phases of vibrant blooming and profound rooting—both essential in the grand scheme of personal and professional growth. Together, they have defined my journey at Colart, contributing to the flourishing environment of creativity and innovation that the company stands for.
