Mr. Guicheng Tian Celebrates 20 Years At CTAM

Time flies, the years go by like a shuttle. In a flash I have been working in CTAM for 20 years. From a hairy guy, I am now middle-aged. I remember when I first came to CTAM, with the master to learn to operate the equipment to produce acrylic products. When I independently operated to produce the first batch of color paste, that was so exciting. After a few years I became a team leader, I supervise the team members to strictly comply with the SOP to produce color paste. From the first-line worker to the first-line team leader. 20 years, I always strictly demand myself. Seriously complete the tasks assigned by line manager. Unite the front-line workers to complete the workshop quality and quantity of the production tasks. I am very honored to work in CTAM for 20 years.

时光飞逝，岁月如梭。一转眼我在天津柯雅已经工作了20年。从一个毛头小伙，现已人到中年。记得刚来到柯雅时，跟师傅学习操作设备生产丙烯产品。当我独立操作生产出第一批色膏时我的内心十分激动。过了几年我当上了组长，我带领大家严格遵守工艺生产色膏。从一线员工到一线组长。20年，我始终严格要求自己。认真完成领导交给的任务。团结一线员工保质保量的完成车间的各项生产任务。我非常荣幸能在天津柯雅工作20年。

Mr. Guicheng Tian joined CTAM after graduation, grew up from a first line operator, through the exercise, improved his work experience, mastered the experience of color paste production, and gradually became the team leader of the semi-finished products workshop, CTAM and Tian Guicheng together to achieve a win-win situation for both the company and the employees. We hope that Guicheng and CTAM will continue to create a better future together.

田贵成从毕业后加入CTAM，从一名普通员工成长，经过锻炼，提高了自己的工作经历，掌握了色膏生产的经验，逐步成为半成品车间的组长，CTAM和田贵成一起做到了公司和员工的双赢。希望田贵成和CTAM一起继续创造更好的未来。
