Lucy has a rich history with our organisation, having joined the Minehead team in 2003, she has gained valuable experience in all areas of administration and operations.

Over the years, her dedication and willingness to take on new responsibilities has led to her well-deserved promotion to the position of Site Manager.

As the new Site Manager, Lucy will shoulder full responsibility for site operations while maintaining a strong connection with the Snazaroo brand team as well as other functions within the Colart group.
This role represents a significant opportunity for her personal and professional growth, enabling her to deepen her understanding of our operations and drive positive change at the Minehead site, furthering her development within Colart.
