North America – team announcement

Effective from the last August 29th, 2025, Cesar Mendez - Account Management (Customer Service) Manager and his team will report to Liz Ford (Group Sales Operations Manager), with alocal dotted line to Steve Chamberlain.

As Delphine Vaucois expanded her role earlier this year as Group SIOP Director, LizFord took over the Group Sales Operations management from her. "This change will ensure the Account Management team is now aligned within the Group Sales Operations reporting structure with the objective of optimizing local processes and developing their expertise."

Steve Chamberlain added:
“I am excited with this change and for the team in North America to work more closely with Liz. She is someone who I have worked with for many years and who I know can help us further enhance our internal and external relationships for our Account Management Team. This change will overall benefit our customers and consumers”.

Delphine Vaucois added:
“Not only will this change of reporting line align the Group SIOP structure, but this will also reinforce how customer service & consumer care play an instrumental role within SIOP.
This inclusion of the North American team will be beneficial for the team members’ growth, the efficiency of processes and tools, and ultimately improve the service to our customers and the collaboration within the business.
I’m convinced Liz is the right person to onboard the team, with her technical expertise, her nurturing leadership skills and her drive for excellence. She already has a strong connection with them since being involved in the implementation of Project One in the US.”
