North America Update on Marketing Organisation
The North America Marketing Team took advantage of resource changes to evaluate their ways of working, integrate a "less = more" approach to their decision making and offer lateral career growth opportunities to existing team members. Regional Marketing Director for North America, Sarah Clark, has detailed these changes in her announcement and accompanying organisation charts below.
Announcement: North America Marketing Organisational Structure Update
Following the departure of Jeannie Brede from the North America Marketing team, I have taken the opportunity to evaluate the structure of the North American Marketing team and will be making some changes effective immediately.
We will move from a three channel structure currently as 1.Fine Art Channel; 2. Art & Craft Channel and 3. Digital Channel to two channels known as:
1. Customer Channel - which will be led by Kelly Kline and will be responsible for all brand activation with our retail partners. The team reporting to Kelly will be;
- Tim De Pack,
- Mary Ellen Schaffner and
- Anne Zayatz.
2. Consumer Channel - led by Ellie Deakin responsible for everything that relates to our local North America direct to consumer programmes, including management of Brand.com, consumer shows/events and partnerships. The team reporting to Ellie will be;
- Manasi Jagtap and
- Kyle Daniele.
Liquitex Global Brand Team Upate
In addition to the above-mentioned changes, I am pleased to announce that Ashley Zarrelli’s role has evolved and she will be joining the Liquitex Global Brand team effective immediately as Global Digital Specialist.
Ellie Deakin recruited Ashley in April 2022 and shares “Ashley has made a tremendous contribution and impact on the Artist & Influencer Relationship Management Program. To name a few of Ashley’s accomplishments, she has developed and deepened genuine relationships with contracted artists, expanded our reach with new artists, created efficiencies in reporting and inbound web applications, and launched the long-awaited affiliate program for Liquitex NA. Ashley will continue to work on some local AIRM activations for both Liquitex and Winsor & Newton in North America, but her primary role has shifted; a fantastic development opportunity to move into the Liquitex Brand team.”
“We are thrilled to have Ashley join the Liquitex team in a critical role which supports delivery of the brand’s marketing and digital objectives. Ashley’s key brand responsibilities include the planning, execution, and optimization of organic social activities, utilizing insights to advise content creation and adaptation of existing assets, and evolving community management. In her role, Ashley will liaise with many cross functional partners across brand, digital, and commercial teams” , states Liquitex Global Brand Director, Kim Stylides.
Please join us in wishing all involved in the structural updates that will contribute to North Amercia's continued success.
Kind regards,
Sarah Clark,
Regional Marketing Director, North America.
