Yes, it’s the start of our annual on-line Performance & Development Review window of course. Whilst the start date has not changed, the platform for the discussions has.
As we are introducing a new functionality in Splash to support these discussions, you will have the opportunity to attend drop-in sessions locally during November. These sessions are designed to support any questions you still have on how to use the system after watching the Splash training videos. More details to follow via local HR
In the meantime, please start thinking about the following and discussing with your line manager:
1. Who should be included as your 360 reviewers
2. What date to book for your one to one meeting with your manager
