Suzanne Royall celebrates 15 years at Colart!

Marking 15 Years of Service: Suzanne Royall’s Remarkable Journey at Colart

At Colart, we take great pride in celebrating the dedicated individuals who contribute to the success of our company. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate the career of Suzanne Royall, who has reached an impressive 15 years of service as a Warehouse Operative.

Suzanne’s journey at Colart began in 2009 at our Kidderminster site, where she started in the assembly department, working on the famous Reeves paint by numbers kits. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to quality were soon recognized, leading to her move into the warehouse export department. Here, Suzanne played an integral role in picking and packing large export orders, ensuring that Colart's products reached customers around the world.

As Suzanne’s career progressed, so did her role within the company. She then transitioned to the despatch area, where she took on the responsibility of picking and packing general orders. Her versatility and willingness to learn new skills saw her move once again, this time to the carousel area. In this dynamic role, Suzanne trained in multiple areas, including the operation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), troubleshooting crane faults, and assisting with training and maintenance. Her continuous growth and ability to adapt to new challenges make her a valuable member of our team.

Beyond her professional duties, Suzanne has embraced her role as an active participant in the Colart community. She is currently a member of the local sustainability team and has previously contributed her time to the wellbeing team. Suzanne is also a trained First Aider, always ready to lend a hand when needed.

One of Suzanne's most notable contributions is her involvement with the Colart community day initiative. As part of this yearly effort, Suzanne volunteered at a local charity, HELP, which provides cooked meals for homeless people. Inspired by the impact of this initiative, Suzanne has continued to support HELP on a weekly basis in her own time, showcasing her unwavering commitment to giving back to her local community.
