Synergies, Growth and Development for Mainland Europe Finance Team
Over the last few weeks and in line with the establishment of a Mainland Europe Finance organisation, we have been communicating various job changes both in Le Mans and in London.
Now that we are almost complete with the integrated structure, and following the recent communication about the UK & International finance team, we would like to clarify the structure of the Mainland Europe finance team.
Our CFO, Jonathan Spight, says, "I am delighted to see the changes aim to streamline the finance activities across Europe under the leadership of Patricia La Mauff. This structure will ensure the business unit receives consistent financial and strategic support while promoting more streamlined regional operations. We wish Patricia and her team every success in this very important finance business partnering role."
Patricia says, "the past twelve years at Colart have been an incredible and intense journey to bring finance to a business partner role, refurbish the role, empower people and over the years centralise and mutualise markets and processes; this new step is an important one to bring Colart to a successful, recognised and profitable position in Europe".
The final piece of the structure arising from Kevin Eon’s recent progression, is a vacancy for the position of European Supplier Accountant. This vacancy is now live in Splash and the role will report to Pierre Grosbois, Europe Finance Manager
