The Bank is Colart’s asset management system where we store pictures, videos, documents, logos etc, in a way that is easily maintained and accessible to both our international offices and retailers. If you don’t already have an account; you can register by sending an email to thebanksupport@colart.com
Email changes and usernames
Please note that the change to bring everyone’s email addresses into the same formatting has not yet been applied to the email addresses used as usernames on The Bank. If your email address was not under the current style when you registered with The Bank (eg, name.surname@colart.fr), you will need to use the old version in order to access The Bank. Any messages sent regarding The Bank will be auto-diverted to the email in use.
Shopper Marketing Section
Due to user request, we have created a Shopper Marketing asset category. This contains assets such as marketing packs and guidelines, as well as in shop items like panels and FSDUs. This section also allows us to more easily send assets to Resellers for use in store. The majority of items have now been transferred to Shopper marketing, but if you spot any that still need to be transferred, please let us know through Bank Support.
