Packaging Artwork Languages
We have added a feature for Packaging Artwork assets that allows us to indicate languages for four different attributes:
• Marketing Languages
• Regulations Languages
• Product Name Languages
• “Made In” Languages
Multiple language options can be selected – this will allow users to filter options with more accuracy.
For users uploading Packaging Artwork, there will be a second Upload template available on the Bulk Upload and Update page. An example of how to enter information has been provided on the template.
Languages can also be added to existing assets on the system either by editing individual assets or using the separate Asset Update template on the Bulk Upload and Update page.
Digital Hero Images (DHI)
We have created a new Image Type category on the Bank called the Digital Hero Images. This image type is for use on eCommerce sites, both internal and external, and will provide a slightly simplified version of the Open Product Shot provided for all Colart Items. This ensures that a high-quality version of the product shot is available for all online retailers.
The DHI option is available as a filter on the general and search pages of the Bank, and naming conventions for DHI images will always end with [DHI] for ease of searching on the system.
DHI has been added as an Image Type option on the Bulk Upload template for future assets.
Discontinued Products Auto-expire
An auto-expiration function has been added to the Packaging Artwork and Shopper Marketing sections – when all SKUS attached to an asset are status 80/90 in M3, this information will cause all assets to be marked as Expired on the Bank.
These assets will still be available to Colart users for archive and historical purchases, but will clearly be designated as Expired so they are known to not be in use. Once this update is fully carried out, users will also be able to filter by Live and Discontinued.
