The Diversity Pay Report 2022 Published For The Fourth Year

September 25, 2022 | |

Dear all,

For our culture to really present a sense of togetherness such that we feel like a family, we see the importance of creating a working environment that is inclusive – an environment where everyone feels respected and valued where people want to stay and grow.

Through our DEI councils we have a broad focus on all aspects of diversity and one of our measured commitments is in relation to gender.  For this reason, we publish the gender pay gap analysis each year and we are pleased to present the data for 2021: our fourth year of publication.  This analysis has been conducted across three regions China, Europe and North America.

Transparent communication of results and using these results and insights to take action is core to our plan. It is, therefore, really pleasing to see the positive shift in favour of women in Europe since we started this analysis though it is clear that in China and North America, we need reverse the directional shift that has taken place this year.

Please take time to read the reports (select the links below) so you can see the progress we are making and where there is still a lot more to do.  Of course moving in the right direction to ensure gender equity is our intention and we really value the support provided by the DEI councils across the group to reinforce this focus.

We value your thoughts about these results and ask you to send any comments to me directly or via your local HR business partner.  This will help us delve deeper into the analysis that will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Best Regards,

Chief People Officer
