Download PDFOn Friday 26th February, we held the fortnightly Town Hall Meeting hosted by CEO Dennis van Schie.
Dennis shared some inspiration with us as he is currently reading “Endure” from Alex Hutchinson; this book is all about mind over body or how you can push and accelerate performance. Dennis spoke of the hope that successful vaccination programmes are providing in the UK, coupled with spring and summer months arriving. As always, he reminded us of the importance of following government guidelines to ensure our health and safety.
In this “fantastic” town hall, Dennis discusses the launch of the Long Range Plan and how this will be communicated to everybody in Colart. He brings together our vision as our purpose; our mission that sets us apart from the competition and our strategy, and how this plan of action is what we have chosen to do in every way.
Dennis answered three questions; 1. What does the long-range plan mean to him; 2. What aspects of the plan will be his focus, and how will he deliver on this and 3. When will he know it is time to celebrate success.
All the GLT have answered the same questions. You can view a trailer of their responses in this video. Videos with their complete response will be distributed as part of the long-range communications plan, and you will get to see these soon.
Finally, a reminder our next town hall is extra special, being held next Monday 8th March at 14:30 (GMT) to recognise International Women’s Day.
