Town Hall Meeting – Watch the video!
Download PDFOn Friday 26th November, we held the fortnightly Town Hall meeting. Dennis couldn’t host the meeting and he was meeting with a Lindengruppen board member. So, this time CFO Jonathan Spight took the lead and hosted the meeting.
Jonathan decided to follow Dennis inspiration piece and kicked off the session with a key attribute that resonates with him, “Curiosity. Reflecting on his school days, he admitted that he wasn’t very good at physics, After a few years and some challenges, he finally discovered “A brief history of time” by Stephen Hawking What can we learn from this story? It doesn't matter how difficult something could be for you that if you have the curiosity to learn it or improve it you will do it.
Company-wise, the major event that has happened since the last Town Hall Meeting is has been the board meeting, the second physical board meeting in the year. Jonathan spoke about how great it was to be together and build relationships in both informal and formal sessions. Some of the topics they covered were: health and safety, sustainability and Bcorp, service levels raised in November, GLT KPI dashboard…
As well, Jonathan shared the good news that the group 2022 budget was approved. In this meeting, they reinforced the need for trade-offs within our strategy and with high importance given to three core areas: sustainability, brand and operational stability.
The guests this week included Bruno Lebourdais, Global Supply Chain Director and the team (Marine Hammer, Loic Chaumont, Elise Barbot, Delphine Vaucois, and Margherita Imburgia) to present the Blue Sky Programme. The reality is that they are around 18 people focusing on different challenges, but the programme has been split into six main areas (projects) led by the project leads mentioned before, which you can view in the image below. Each project lead provided a detailed overview of the challenges and successes of their project responsibilities.

2. Click on the link on the invite
3. The live stream will open up. On the right-hand side, on the bottom, you will find two different icons.
4. Click first on the CC icon and select "subtitles on"
5. Click on the setting icon, and on Captions/Subtitles, select the language you want (French or Chinese)
