September marked the beginning of new ways of working for many people at Colart. The transition to hybrid working not only impacts where we work but also how we work. Whether through hot-desking, office redesign, or simply interacting with one another safely and respectfully. There is no questioning that our “at work” environment will never return to the ways of the past.
To help you find balance and get into your new “rhythm”, we’ve developed a new page on the intranet, “Ways of Working”. Designed to ensure you connect, communicate and collaborate by living the Colart Values, the topics covered include meeting etiquette, well working, hot desking, inclusive conversations and flexible working.
We anticipate changes to the “life” of this page as hybrid working evolves. Therefore, with that in mind, our next steps include:
- Translations in French and Chinese,
- Bit-sized eLearning videos to accompany each topic,
- Actions based on your feedback.
