The What

A painting that builds over time painted by everyone who is in Colart now and who joins that is displayed on a large wall.

The Why

Most of our paintings are unknown to us but if we all took part in 1 painting we would have ownership. For this to keep growing we would need an artist to work out something that could grow with the company so new recruits could add to it. To keep it manageable we could arrange it in sheets so we add sheets over time (and maybe remove sheets as people leave the company).

The How

Large sheets that act as a large paint by numbers drawn by an artist. The sheets build in to a Fresco.
