An additional day off that has to be taken on your birthday.
The Why
As part of our People/Planet/Profit focus this is for people. Productivity won’t suffer but employee NPS will improve.
The How
Add an additional days holiday on to Splash but it must be taken on your birthday (similar to a bank holiday). If your birthday falls on the weekend the day is Friday as everyone likes to start the weekend early and Monday is often an important work day.
