Creating an artist studio at the Hub

The What

Use one of the smaller meeting rooms (Payne's Gray or Terra Rosa) as an artists Studio. Would mean losing a smaller meeting room but would give us more creativity at the Hub.

The Why

For us to create the feel of the Studio building at the Hub we need to recreate some of the facilities, Gallery and Artist Studio, that is easliy accessible and not in another building.

The How

Turnover one of the smaller meeting rooms to a Studio (Terra Rosa or Payne's Gray).
