The What

Customer complain that products can be “jumbled” on top of each other or mixed in with other products in our tray boxes.
Using smaller boxes (not plastic) within our tray boxes.

The Why

By segmenting within our tray boxes we would help our customers at “their end” have more efficient logistics operations

The How

Have a selection of smaller tray boxes available for use with half pans, Markers (we are trying to remove single use plastic) if we move from “3’s” then they will be a classic – lots all jumbled into together issue product, brushes.

Comments

  1. Real great initiative Jake: more and more of our customers are questioning anyway why dense packaging is not on our sustainable agenda. As suggested many years ago when we discussed our gift and set offer: why not designing sets of which the size secures dense packaging. Profit & Planet isn’t it?
