The What
For high value / long use products e.g. Series 7. Introduce a personalisation service.
We have trialled and had great success with this in Australia with our partner there as a competition and winner gets personalised brush.
The Why
We know that high value items are often gifted (for oneself or others) and that these are products that are treasured.
Personalisation is something we can charge a premium for.
If its for a winner for a competition then it has extra kudos and is a USP Vs our competitors
The How
Crown are capable of doing it, but I know its not easy and has been done as a one off in the past. Could we investigate the opportunity and desire across the CBU's for something like this and if demand is there then see what the risk / reward looks like to make this a more std option.
I believe Lawrence has done some early experiments with this using guilded personalisation onto the boxes although had problems with guilding coming off.
