The What
Every sale matters and every marketing opportunity could lead to a sale. We have over 1000 employees globally, we should use all our employees to help us spread the word off line about our products.
Whilst appreciating we are a niche market, our aim is to 'inspire every artist in the world' - as we say there is an artist in all of us.
We used to have a Colart bag in the Head Office and I used to wear it proudly on the tube and I could see people looking at it. However I am not sure many people were inspired by just the word Colart.
My idea is to create a tote canvas/ shopping bag for all employees with all our brand logos and an art image so that instant connection with art and our brands.
Another idea would be the same thing but on face masks.
The Why
Free marketing (with a small cost for the bags) and also sustainable as we are encouraging employees to not use plastic.
The How
Decide of type of bag, create a logo for the bags and source locally.
We could also give to new starters with art products (we used to do this). New starters loved it.
