The Why
When you post an idea on the Think Tank, it can take a while before you get any feedback. It can be more motivating and would encourage more people to contribute if we knew that they were being checked on a regular basis, and even if they aren’t feasable, at least they have been considered.
The How
This can include:
– Schedule of meetings where TT ideas are discussed
– Summary of outcomes from TT ideas
– Estimates on how long it takes for a TT idea to be considered

you are absolutely right with regards to this post!
To be completely transparent, this has been a complete miss as the new submission notifications were going to people who have left the company.
It is clear that need a real shake up on this topic to review, refresh and relaunch.
I will post a Lateral Growth Project to attract people who would like to be involved in actioning both this idea and the revitalisation of the Think Tank.
