Therefore we are reiterating the simple Covid reporting process:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have been diagnosed with Covid 19 or been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid 19, you <strong>must not come to the office<\/strong> - remember, this rule is a crucial commitment for hot desk booking.<\/li>\n<li>In any case, please inform your Line Manager with the following information: 1 whether it is a Covid or Contact case, 2. We want to ensure the transition is as safe and stress-free as possible for the entire community, which is why we\u2019ve decided to keep many of our \u00a0safety measures in place to do our part to help control the spread of the virus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Face Coverings:<\/u><\/strong> We\u2019ll continue to ask all our team members to wear face coverings when moving through the communal areas and kindly ask that our members do the same.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Cleaning:<\/u><\/strong> Enhanced hygiene controls including our increased cleaning regimes, sanitising stations and sneeze screens will remain in place throughout the spaces to keep you and our team safe.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>NHS Test &amp; Trace:<\/u><\/strong> QR Codes will remain available at the Front of House at all of our UK locations so that all who wish to continue to check in to our spaces, can. Visitors should continue to be registered in advance as normal.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Meeting Rooms \/ Events:<\/u><\/strong> Our meeting rooms and event spaces will continue to be available to book with reduced capacities in place as suggested. The COVID champion will complete a building walk every morning to ensure hand sanitisers, soap, hand towels and sanitisation kits are fully stocked.
