Colart <\/span>ways of working<\/span><\/em> as we like to call them, have been written to guide us with the practical implications of working life. .  <\/span><\/p>\n

They guide us <\/span>in the new normal after COVID and guide how we treat each other to create an environment of respect and collaboration.<\/p>\n

 <\/span>What is most important is ensuring we don\u2019t fall into bad habits or, indeed, old habits that no longer suit the way we work now. <\/span><\/p>\n

Built into these ways of working are the foundations of trust, transparency and empowerment.<\/span><\/p>\n
