We offer compensation that is competitive, and we make sure we maintain that competitiveness through regular participation in salary surveys, benchmarking and market analysis.<\/p>\n<h3>Colart compensation program has two components: fixed pay and variable pay.<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fixed pay<\/strong> includes base pay and position allowance(if eligible) which is determined on job categorizations and market surveys , etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Variable pay<\/strong> includes the following short-term(STIP) and long-term incentives designed to provide employees with direct opportunities to share in Colart&rsquo;s success.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) is paid annually to eligible individuals subject to leadership level; the achievement of a number of performance conditions (whether business related or personal) and financial\/non financial GATES.
