Romain visited our manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and met with colleagues across all levels of the company. He also engaged with customers and consumers to truly understand their needs.<\/p>\n

The strategic vision behind Perform 2030 was refined with input from our Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Extended Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring full alignment across the board.
