What happens every year on 1st of November?
It’s the start of our annual online Performance & Development Review window, of course!
The process is the same as the mid-year review except with the addition of the 360 process.
You will have the opportunity to attend drop-in sessions locally during November for any questions. More details will follow via local HR.
In the meantime, please start thinking about the following and discussing with your line manager:
• Who should be included as your 360 reviewers?
• What date to book for your one-to-one meeting with your manager?
Knowing that some midyear reviews were incomplete by the end of September deadline, we urge line managers to plan these in a timely manner.
