Ways of Working
As an international business, we believe in global ways of working to bond us and create powerful collaborations whilst still respecting local cultures.
To help share what good looks like, Colart ways of working as we like to call them, have been written to guide us with the practical implications of working life. .
They guide us on how to treat each other and how to work so that we don’t fall into bad habits that no longer suit the way we work now. Built into these ways of working are the foundations of trust, transparency and empowerment. To access the page dedicated to Ways of Working, click on the button below.
The Colart Way
We have created expected ways of working for our Leaders, both in leadership behaviours and people management responsibilities. We call this The Colart Way.
The Colart Way is by no means a checklist. Rather, it is a chance to express in one place what our leaders need to both embody and role model to the business. This model is about bringing to life behaviours that underpin our four values of openness, passion, innovation and quality.
We encourage everyone to live the Colart Way behaviours whether that be leading yourself, others or the business. Please let us know of any instances where we may have deviated from the Colart Way...that is the only way we can learn and grow together. Access The Colart Way below:
Flexible Working
Remote Worker Risk Assessment
In line with one of the commitments to our people to create a healthy working environment, we believe that having the right work set up is key to your wellbeing - whether you are working in the office, at home or in an alternative space.
Whilst we can control the working environment in the office, if you are working remotely we need your support to complete the following risk assessment to understand whether you are working in a productive, healthy and safe way.

Code of Conduct
By working for Colart, we belong to a community built on a culture of openness and respect. Being part of this community, we all share the responsibility to maintain this culture through our own behaviours. This commitment is explained in the Colart Code of Conduct. You can view this policy by clicking on the link here.
The Code of Conduct is part of your contract at Colart. Each year we require everyone to complete a refresher course to ensure each of us plays our role in protecting safety, security and ethical behaviour. It is not just words. We want everyone to act and care together.
