Our commitment to the wellbeing of our people is at the heart of everything we do.

Crucial to this commitment, is the importance of effective absence management as it ensures individual health needs are balanced with workplace productivity - in effect fostering a supportive and resilient organisational culture.

To help share what we mean we have created this page to improve your understanding of how we work to support workplace attendance.  This approach reflects our desire to create a productive and supportive work environment for all employees whilst recognising that high absenteeism can significantly affect team efficiency and morale.

Our recent Impact Report reveals that higher levels of absenteeism may indicate challenges in employee well-being, potentially leading to productivity losses that impact our sustainability. Currently, our absence rate at just over 3%, slightly exceeds our target of less than 3%.
