How Perform 2030 Came to Life...

Perform 2030 isn’t just a business plan - it’s the result of deep collaboration and insights. Under the leadership of our CEO, Romain, we undertook a comprehensive discovery process. Romain visited our manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and met with colleagues across all levels of the company. He also engaged with customers and consumers to truly understand their needs.

The strategic vision behind Perform 2030 was refined with input from our Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Extended Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring full alignment across the board. With the Board’s support, we’re confident that this roadmap will help us build a more resilient, sustainable, and successful Colart.
