The team is composed of 2 units:
- Financial Accounting & Control
- Commercial Finance Manager
THE “FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & CONTROL” TEAM
This team is accountable for ensuring that our Financial Accounts are accurate, that our financial control environment is robust. This unit is led by Dale Drake, and during 2019 will focus on:
– Standardising accounting & reporting processes across the 8 legal entities
– Simplifying our month-end reporting cycle
– Reviewing our control environment through self-assessment of each of our entities
– Ensuring compliance with local reporting requirements
THE “COMMERCIAL FINANCE” TEAM
This team is accountable for business partnering with Commercial Directors & supporting them in the delivery of our EBIT & Operating Cashflow targets. They provide the first point of finance contact for their respective business units. Within this team:
- Felicity Hullah will partner with the UK, DACH & EE Commercial teams
- Sophie Cooper Pozsonyi will partner with the International, Benelux & Nordics teams
- Stephen Kamara, our finance intern, will partner with the Elephant team
