Likening a statement that Turner made turning rain into wine, our new CEO Romain Guinier held a special town hall meeting and presented an inspiring challenge to turn colour into gold.
Starting at Colart on Monday, 13th March, Romain hosted the meeting to allow everybody to connect and put a face (and voice) to the name.
The presentation helped us gain a more personal insight into our new CEO, seeing the values and behaviours he describes of himself as approachable and sincere, with simplicity, evolving confidence, honesty, and team spirit.
Brand, culture and playground are Romain's reasons for joining Colart, and draw on the expertise that can contribute to our business. Acknowledging all the work Dennis has done in "building a sustainable roadmap at the heart of a strong culture", we were assured that the core of the business and our strategy would remain unchanged. While ensuring business continuity, we would expect to see a new style of leadership but still based on collaboration where "anyone can talk to anyone", empowering people and teams to take risks and learn but be decisive.
Romain will visit sites across the regions in the coming weeks where he intends to maintain a strong level of visibility when and where he is needed.
