Since the Think Tank was launched back in early October, we have seen a total of 19 ideas being shared by employees with the rest of the company!

Some ideas have already been (partially) implemented, others have been rejected (for now) due to unfeasibility. As for the other ones, see below:
What’s next?
From December on, the ideas will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the GLT. They will answer each idea with: YES, LATER or NO.
- If it’s a YES, you will be assigned a GLT sponsor and you can start working together to make your idea a reality. You will be asked to report on progress regularly.
- If it’s ‘LATER’ then your idea will be reviewed at a later date.
- If it’s a ‘NO’ you will receive a justification.

After a good start of both the quality and quantity of ideas, i am very encouraged by the Think Tank as the platform for everybody in Colart to bring ideas forward –
next week December 18th we’ll have the first review of all ideas at our Monthly Performance Review and we will of course communicate the outcome of that – a big thank you to Claudio for championing this initiative an to all idea contributors!!!
