Town Hall Meeting – Watch the Video

On Friday 16th July, we held the fortnightly Town Hall meeting hosted by CEO Dennis van Schie.

We all look forward to the inspirations that come from Dennis each town hall. This time he recommended a podcast he is listening to, HBR Ideacast. It’s a weekly podcast featuring the leading thinkers in business and management. Explaining the podcast, Dennis mentioned the importance of onboarding and, more importantly, the offboarding process in relation to customer management. His second inspiration was our very own learning platform, Colart Academy. He encouraged everyone to take some courses, highlighting its easy-to-use functionality and simplicity yet the relevance of the course content.

Dennis provided us with the regular COVID and business updates. Currently, we have one new case and a few contact cases. Even if things are getting better in some countries, cases are still growing, so please, take care and follow the rules.

Talking about business, he shared the quarterly update meeting and results from each of the business units with us.

Our guests this week included Manufacturing Business Unit General Manager, Dominique Murzeau and Quality Assurance Manager, Stephane Baudet.

The presentation comprised of three parts:

1. KPI performance: Dominique presented important CTAM and Le Mans stats that focused on safety, quality, revenue vs forecast, manufacturing efficiency and service levels.
2. A Tour hosted by Stephane Baudet showcasing the new laboratory at Le Mans. It felt like we were there!
3. And a fantastic “Matrix/Star Wars” like video, showcasing the automated operations at Le Mans (you can watch and WOW over the video on the Town Hall Meeting video below. The video will be shared with you next week)
