It’s the global process of capturing ideas into a box on the intranet! Aiming to captivate employee’s ideas that might benefit other business units. Creating synergy alongside the corporate innovation program that make ideas flourish in our DNA and get the support needed
Ps: All the local process of innovation should be kept. Global inputs should be going through The Think Tank. The ideas that we have in our current pool of ideas are being constantly revised and there will be communications directly with those individuals.
How it works:
In order to create a business process that ideas can be reviewed and analysed, a dedicated committee was created to provide timely manner response and feedback to the idea generator. This committee’s only the front-line formed by volunteers on key areas, and they will be discussing the initiative with other relevant workstreams to capture insightful information and therefore proceed with the implementation phase.
1. Submitting an Idea:
Add an idea’ and follow the 4 easy steps! The information we would like to have is relatively simple:
a. Your name and your idea’s title
b. What is your idea about? How would it work?
c. Who does it concern? (internal or external idea)
d. What are the benefits of your idea?
e. What problems will it solve?

2. Initial Interview with the Project Squad.
a. As an immediate step, the project team will be scheduling some time to collect more requirements during thins initial stage to put some ideas and clarity on what’s in The Think Tank. Sometimes, a good conversation helps to facilitate to collect insightful requirements to give it back to the committee.
3. Monthly Basis Committee Review:
a. In a monthly basis, the committee will be reviewing those ideas submitted that require some level of complexity, time and investment in resources. Otherwise, the Project Team will “bypass” the committee to provide and expedite to the implementation stage. During the process, the idea creator (who submitted) will be helping on modelling the project towards its implementation.
b. We will be sharing with GLT, including Dennis, who is heavily supporting and wanted fully visibility for each idea we are getting through the corporate innovation program.
c. Ideas will also be evaluated on its criteria’s such as financial, operational and innovative to establish a mere order of prioritisation for company resources and investments also part of a business case which the generator of the idea will help to model.

Qu’est ce que le Think Tank?
C’est le processus global de capture d’idées dans une boîte sur intranet! Visant à captiver les idées des employés qui pourraient bénéficier à d’autres unités du groupe.
Créer une synergie dans la ligne du programme d’innovation d’entreprise qui fait fleurir les idées fidèles à notre ADN et obtenir le soutien nécessaire.
Ps: Tout le processus local d’innovation doit être conservé. Les contributions mondiales devraient passer par le Think Tank. Les idées que nous avons dans notre vivier d’idées actuel sont constamment révisées et il y aura une communication directe avec ces personnes.
Comment ça fonctionne ?
Afin de créer un processus opérationnel permettant de revoir et d’analyser les idées, un comité dédié a été créé afin de fournir des réponses et des commentaires rapidement au générateur d’idées. Ce comité n’est que la ligne de front formée par des volontaires dans des domaines clés et ils discuteront de l’initiative avec des interlocuteurs d’autres services pour capturer des informations pertinentes et donc passer à la phase de mise en œuvre.
1. Soumettre une idée ici :
Ajoutez une “idée” et suivez les 4 étapes faciles! Les informations que nous aimerions avoir sont assez simples.
a. Votre nom et le titre de votre idée
b. Quelle est votre idée? Comment cela fonctionnerait-il?
c. De quoi s’agit-il? (idée interne ou externe)
d. Quels sont les avantages de votre idée?
e. Quels problèmes va-t-elle résoudre?
2. Entrevue initiale avec l’équipe de projet.
a. Dans un premier temps, l’équipe du projet collecter plus d’informations au cours de la phase initiale afin d’être sûr de bien comprendre les idées soumises dans le Think Tank. Parfois, une bonne conversation facilite la bonne compréhension des enjeux pour la restituer au comité.
3. Examen mensuel du comité:
a. Tous les mois, le comité examinera les idées soumises, certaines plus complexes nécessitant du temps et des investissements en ressources. Sinon, l’équipe de projet «contournera» le comité afin de fournir et d’accélérer à la phase de mise en œuvre. Au cours du processus, le créateur de l’idée (qui a soumis) aidera à modéliser le projet en vue de sa mise en œuvre.
b. Nous partagerons avec GLT, y compris Dennis qui soutient fortement et voulait une visibilité complète pour chaque idée que nous obtenons grâce au programme d’innovation d’entreprise.
c. Les idées seront également évaluées sur la base de critères tels que financiers, opérationnels et innovants. Le but est d’établir un ordre de priorité pour les ressources et les investissements de l’entreprise, qui font également partie d’une analyse de rentabilisation que le générateur de l’idée aidera à modéliser.
