An EAP is a confidential support service that we pay for via a third party to help you solve a wide range of problems and challenges in your lives at no cost to you. As it is a third party, you can have confidence that no details of your discussions will be shared with Colart. The third party provider is governed by the highest international standards of confidentiality and privacy.
Of course, we would really want you to talk to your line manager if you have any problems so that we can help directly.

EthicsPoint™ can be contacted at any time (24/7) to ask questions, make suggestions or raise a concern. You can use EthicsPoint™ for times when you don’t feel comfortable talking directly to your supervisor or manager about a question, concern or suggestion. As this is managed by an outside company anonymity is guaranteed. EthicsPoint™ will also ensure that all enquiries are followed up and passed on to the relevant person for action
