Creating Impact
We are pleased to share Colart’s 2024/2025 Impact Report with everyone. The report outlines the launch of its Creating Impact strategy, which is built on three pillars: Creating Value, Creating Sustainable Culture, and Creating Circularity.
Our brands, products, and employees take centre stage as we share different ways our business has created impact in the last year.
We are also proud to announce that Colart has now had our Net Zero decarbonisation plans approved and validated by the science-based targets initiative (SBTi).
This is where a third party has checked our carbon data and plans and said they are credible. This is a great achievement making us the first in the industry to commit to Net Zero and be validated.
Everyone is encouraged to read the impact report and watch the video. These are great tools for customers, employees, suppliers and new starters. Please share it with stakeholders and become ambassadors for our sustainability initiatives.

Register to become an ambassador
Sustainability Ambassadors are there to stoke the conversation, drive change in the business and integrate sustainability into our every day actions.
The Impact of an Ambassador
Being a Sustainabillity Ambassador at Colart means you are joining the same community as Colart has through our B Corp,™ Certification and pledge to use business as a force for good. You will be empowered to be change agents and have the full support of our CEO, The Sustainability Team and the line manager.
As an ambassador, you are driven to see change and take action as:
-
- someone who sees themselves as an ‘activist’ in a network that leads, inspires and supports sustainable practice across Colart.
- somone who is sustainably aware and notices things that need to change or could be improved.
- someone who can start, sustain and/or grow experimental projects.
- willing to learn and celebrate what works and share it.
- someone who can build energy, participation and momentum across Colart for a sustainable organisation.
- someone who can share and discuss ideas as a learning community.
Ambassadors bring sustainability to work with them, whether that be in their everyday role or through ideas that can help Colart in any part of the organisation.
We have 26 ambassadors across all sites, plus an ambassador network within a Teams site for the ambassadors to share their ideas and updates.

Colart wants to donate discontinued stock to local charities and needs your help in doing so. Instead of disposing of discontinued stock sitting at our warehouses, the Sustainability Committee has designed a local fast track charity process. This process allows you the chance to work with local charities you are interested or passionate about and want to help, by providing discontinued stock to them. Do you know a local charity that would be interested? Simply fill the form below and send it back to the email address mentioned in it.
